Apartment 7A at the Condominium Stella Maris is a
one bedroom apartment. It is clean and functional.
We began renting the apartment out full-time two
years ago and gradually introduced improvements
and amenities that are enjoyed by our guests.
Windows from both rooms command a full
unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. On
the eighth floor, it features air conditioning in both
rooms and a QUEEN bed in the bedroom.
Recommended for one couple, we do have an extra
double mattress in the apartment that can be used
on the floor in the main room for two more adults or
children.
There is a television in the main room. Cable is
supplied and there is FREE Internet WIFI. A galley
kitchen enables you to prepare your own meals,
with a Walgreens within half a block and a full super
market five blocks away.
Monthly ($2000), weekly ($600) or daily ($100) rentals
are accepted. Other charges include a 7% tourism
tax and a $55 cleaning fee. Rentals under 3 days are
discouraged. Look for low season SPECIAL RATES.
