Apartment 7A at the Condominium Stella Maris is a
one bedroom apartment owned by our father. He
lives much of the year in this apartment and we
often offer it up for rent when he is not there. Not
being a standard rental unit, it is clean and
functional. Windows from both rooms command a full
unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. On
the eighth floor, it features air conditioning in both
rooms and a double bed in the bedroom.
Recommended for one couple, we do have an extra
full mattress in the apartment that can be used on
the floor in the main room for two more adults or
children.
There is a television both in the bedroom and main
room. Cable is supplied in the main room and there
is FREE Internet WIFI. A full kitchen enables you to
prepare your own meals, with a Walgreens within
half a block and a full super market five blocks away.
Monthly ($2000), weekly ($600) or daily ($100) rentals
are accepted. Other charges include a 7% tourism
tax and a $50 cleaning fee. Rentals under 3 days are
discouraged. Look for low season SPECIAL RATES.
