Villa 71 is located in the guard-gated community of Rancho Sin Vacas

community has about 100 individual homes, an assisted care facility,
and a cluster of condominiums called Villas at Sin Vacas. See the

Vacas. Seventy-two villas make up the cluster and share a club
house with two exercise rooms, a small office and large television
room with a small kitchen; a heated pool and a hot tub. Villa 71 has
about 1000 square feet on one floor, 1 1/2 bathrooms, master
bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bathroom that is set up
like a den with a good quality sofa queen bed that can comfortably
sleep two. There is a private outdoor patio at the back with
comfortable patio furniture and bas BBQ. The patio is surrounded by
mature Saguaro cacti and flowering trees yet you have a beautiful
view of the Catalina Mountains.
The interior of the villa is furnished with rich wood-decorated
furniture and a complete kitchen. FREE High Speed Internet WIFI
access, Satellite Dish TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, Free long distance
phone, and three LCD TV's are provided. The villa has a filtered
drinking water system using a reverse osmosis system. The villa
comes with a covered parking space. We prefer that rentals are for
3 month periods.
The rental rate for Low Season, which includes April-November, is
$1250 a month. The rental rate for High season, inclusive of
December - March, is $2200 a month. Look for special last minute
rates during the low season.
